Our Privacy Policy explains how and why we collect, hold and disclose personal information, and what to do if you have any queries or concerns.

Types of information

Personal information. We only collect the information about you that is relevant and necessary for us to conduct our business and this information varies depending on the services that you use and request. Sensitive information. We will only collect sensitive information about you directly from you and with your consent, or otherwise in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We generally collect sensitive information only with respect to our contractors and prospective employees.

Website data. We may also collect general statistical information on our website about its visitors. This information does not refer to individuals by their name or contact details. Our purposes for handling your personal information

Business purposes. We only collect and hold personal information for our relevant and reasonable business purposes.

  • communicate with you, including: emailing, phoning and direct mailing you regarding our services, tax invoices, and other documentation

  • manage our contractors

No other purposes. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose unless: (1) we believe that you would reasonably expect this to occur, (2) you consented to such a use, or (3) the use is required/permitted by law.

No sale or licensing of personal information. We do not sell or license your personal information to third parties.

In certain circumstances as set out under the Privacy Act (i.e. when it would breach confidentiality or would interfere with the privacy of others), we have a right to refuse you access to this information. However, if we refuse access, we will provide a written notice of our reasons for refusal.

Fees. When requesting access to information, please note that a reasonable fee may be charged by us for the cost of verifying the application and locating, retrieving and copying the information as requested.

Correcting information. Additionally, if you believe that any information we hold about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please contact our Privacy Officer using the details below and we will take reasonable steps to correct this information. If we do not agree that there are any grounds for amendments, then we will follow the procedures set out in the Australian Privacy Principles.
